Ruby in color. Ripe blueberry aromatics on the nose with red currant followed by dark fruit and a touch of earth. Lush dark fruit, Bing cherry and a subtle herbal quality mid-palate showing rich complexity, soft lingering tannins on the finish. Amazing structure and balance on this wine.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

This Garnacha will pair very well with a variety of savory dishes. Try it with likes of roasted pork loin and herbed potatoes, numerous styles of barbeque, bacon wrapped stuff chicken breast and roasted root vegetables, or an assortment of medium strong cheeses.
