We’re thrilled to be back at the Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta again this year. It’s one of New Mexico’s most iconic food and wine celebrations.

Keep an eye out for us during the Trade Tasting, Reserve Tasting, and Grand Tasting, along with other exciting events throughout the weekend. We’ll be pouring some of your favorite VARA wines and spirits, sharing great pairings, and connecting with fellow wine lovers from near and far.

I’ve been wandering these sunlit cobblestone streets, and everywhere I turn there’s a café calling my name. And of course, I’ve answered—with a glass of the most delightful sangria in hand! Lisbon’s sangria is fruity, bright, and far too easy to enjoy… I’m convinced it tastes better simply because I’m sipping it by the Tagus River.
Today I’m trying the white version with peaches. I may stay here forever at this rate.
